“PC Budhaj Naik and PC Sudatta Khadpe, who were in Robert 2 PCR vehicle, were suspended on Monday as they were not found in the place where they had to remain and had gone somewhere without making any log entry at the control,” the statement reads.
It was learnt that the duo were expected to be stationed at Divja Circle in Panaji. However, they were spotted by SP Kashyap at a spot in Patto. Upon inquiry, the SP discovered that the two constables had failed to register their position with the control room in-charge.
