The two accused persons from Bihar, who were arrested in the Swapnil Walke murder case, have moved for bail in the South Goa Sessions Court, even as all the accused made their appearance in the court on Friday.
Arguments on the bail applications took place on Friday and the matter has now been adjourned to January 22.
The Crime Branch had chargesheeted six persons, including Omkar Patil, Evander Rodrigues and Mustafa Sheikh for the cold-blooded murder of Walke two months ago.
The crime branch had later nabbed three persons from Bihar who were allegedly involved in procuring the pistol used by the accused to attack the jeweler.
