The Colva police have registered an offence against a woman, a native of Bhopal-Madhya Pradesh for allegedly outraging the modesty of a Danish lady national.
Police informed that the incident occurred when the lady from Denmark had gone to a spa at a resort for a massage.
The accused lady, the police informed allegedly intentionally touched the complainant’s private parts and further pressed her breasts, thereby outraging the modesty of the woman.
The Colva police have registered a case under section 79 of the BNS.
