Canadian booked for molesting
yoga teacher at Siolim
PANAJI: The Anjuna Police have booked one Sean Bockhold, 29, a canadian for allegedly sexually molesting and making good with USD 1780 from after forcefully entering the flat of his yoga instructor.
According to the complaint filed by the instructor the accused Sean Bockhold forcefully entered her flat and started threatening her.
“He hit and scratched me… He pushed me holding my arms and sexually molested me. I stopped yelling. He closed the door and kept threatening me. Then he stole the money lying on my table and ran away,” the complainant said in her statement to the Anjuna Police.
Bockhold had joined a yoga school for a course. However he and his friends didn’t adjust and disliked the course and decided to leave the course and seek a refund.
He then approached the complainant with his demand, only to be told that there was no policy for a refund which led to his threatening her.
Things came to a head on February 3, when he approached her home leading up to the incident at Siolim. The Anjuna Police have registered a case of trespass and sexual molestation against the accused.
