Peeved over the decision of State administration to issue externment orders against him ahead of the elections, history-sheeter Zenito Cardozo has approached the Bombay High Court at Goa.
The Bombay High Court at Goa has issued notice to the State government. The matter has been posted for January 19.
The State government had externed Cardozo from entering the North Goa District for a period of six months beginning January 4.
Cardozo has a string of cases filed against him including murder, attempt to murder, extortion and has also done time in several of these cases.
