Zuari bridge closed on Sept 25

PANAJI: The National Highway Administration has declared the closure of Zuari bridge for all types of traffic from 6 am to 9 am on September 25, to record deck levels. Hence, all traffic will be diverted via Borim bridge on NH 17B and through ferry boats across river Zuari.

Konkani course for begineersPANAJI: Thomas Stephens Konknni Kendr, Alto Porvorim, will conduct half-day Konknni course for beginners in Devnagiri and Romi script, as per the choice of the students from September 27 to October 27. The timings are either from 10 am to 12.30 pm or 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Since the seats are limited, those interested are requested to register by contacting the office.
