AC technician electrocuted in Mapusa

A 29-year-old technician from Uttar Pradesh died after being electrocuted while repairing an AC unit at Khorlim in Mapusa on Tuesday.
The incident occurred between 4 pm and 4.30 pm when Dhananjay Gupta was installing an AC in a rented house. He came into contact with a live electrical wire while filling a hole in the wall with putty. The shock was severe, and he died on the spot.
On receiving information, Mapusa police rushed to the spot, conducted a panchnama and sent the body to GMC for an autopsy. A case of unnatural death has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
