AICC Goa in-charge Dinesh Gundu Rao to visit Goa on Dec 22 and 23

All India Congress Committee in-charge of Goa Dinesh Gundu Rao is scheduled to visit Goa on December 22 and 23.

Goa Congress announced that Rao will meet various MLAs, party office bearers and Zilla Panchayat candidates at Congress offices in Margao, Mapusa and Panaji. It is speculated that the primary aim of his visit is to analyze the party’s rout in the recent ZP polls and the mysterious rumours about the resignation of GPCC president Girish Chodankar, which has yet to be announced or acknowledged officially by the party or by Chdoankar himself.
