The final results of the examination conducted by the Goa Staff Selection Commission for recruiting lower division clerks (LDCs) and junior stenographers for various government departments have been declared and uploaded on the official Government of Goa website.
The results include the final merit lists for the selected candidates, indicating their ranking based on their performance in the recruitment test.
The final selection lists are also available, indicating the names of candidates who have been selected for the respective positions. Candidates can also check specific departmental pages within the recruitment section of the government portal to find relevant results.
Some 230-odd positions in various government departments were advertised and applications were sought by the GSSC in mid-November last year amidst the raging cash-for-jobs scam which was playing out at various police stations in the State.
The positions advertised were of lower division clerks (LDCs), recovery clerks and stenographers, which are Group C positions in the departments of Archives, Education, Higher Education, Technical Education, Prosecution and Legal Metrology.
