OLD GOA
Even as Goa State BJP's Vice President Anil Hoble has decided not to resign from the party, he has not yet made up his mind on whether or not to campaign for the St Cruz candidate Antonio Fernandes.
When contacted, Hoble informed The Goan that he is going to stay with the party and not resign as decided earlier.
But when questioned whether he would campaign for Fernandes, Hoble said he has not taken any decision as yet.
“I have not yet taken a decision on participating in campaigning,” Hoble added.
It may be recalled that Hoble, upset over being denied the BJP ticket from St Cruz, had threatened to resign from the party and had decried that the Bhandari Samaj was not given representation in Tiswadi taluka.
He had also hinted at contesting as an Independent but later dropped the idea due to lack of time for campaigning.
