Man arrested for chain snatching in Margao

MARGAO: Margao police on Wednesday picked up two persons for allegedly cheating people by asking for alms. The incident took place in the city when the duo approached a man and sought alms. When the kind-hearted man showed them the money he had, the accused suddenly grabbed it, put it in his mouth and tried to walk away.
