Cuncolim police has said that the body found lying in a canal near the Cuncolim Industrial Estate was that of a 21-year-old rider Narayanan Pillai.The police pointed out that an accident had occurred at the 2nd Gate IDC Cuncolim, wherein the rider was seen lying in the canal.
Police inquiries have revealed that the deceased Narayanan Pillai, rider of Aviator scooter bearing No GA-09-Q-9231 had an accidental fall into the canal at 2nd gate IDC Cuncolim along with his scooter while proceeding from his workplace at IDC Cuncolim towards his residence. He later succumbed to his injuries.
