Now, helplessness over Sunburn tickets

 Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte has clarified that the government has not granted permission for the Sunburn festival. He stated that discussions regarding the event will only take place once an official application is submitted. Khaunte also urged the public and media to stop promoting Sunburn until proper authorisation is in place. He advised that anyone who has purchased tickets for the event should file a police complaint if they encounter issues. The minister expressed frustration over the situation, emphasising that if tickets are being sold without official permission, there is little the government can do to prevent it.

PANAJIThe Goa Police have been busy tackling fatal accidents with an “impressive” track record of acquittals.
