The Chief Minister Pramod Sawant led State administration effected alimited bureaucratic shuffle shifting Goa Civil Service officers with immediateeffect.
The most significant change was the appointment of Biju Naik as StateRegistrar of Co-operative Societies (RCS).
Naik's posting as RCS comes hardly a fortnight after she took over asChief Officer of the Margao Municipal Council in controversial circumstances.Her predecessor, Ajit Panchwadkar was shunted out after a purported video ofhis birthday celebrations, showed social distancing norms being flouted.
The Margao civic chief officer's post now vacant again with Naiktaking over as RCS, is being filled up with Agnelo Fernandes, according to thePersonnel Department order issued on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Sanjiv Gadkar has been posted as Administrator of thetroubled Sanjivani Sugar Factory and Vilas Gaunekar as Secretary of the GoaHuman Rights Commission.
The order also posts Neetal Amonkar as Member Secretary of SanjaySchool, Porvorim. She has also been given additional charge as Special LandAcquisition Officer (SLAO), Mopa Airport Project.
Triveni Velip is posted as Chief executive officer (CEO) of South GoaZilla Panchayat.
