Showing its seriousness in the massive destruction of khazan land at Morombi-O-Pequeno, Merces, the Revolutionary Goans Party has submitted petition seeking action in the matter to thirteen more authorities.
On Thursday, petitions were submitted to the offices of the Chief Minister, Panchayats Minister, TCP and Forest Minister, Environment Minister, Revenue Minister, Agriculture Minister, Water Resources Minister, Chief Secretary, Revenue Secretary, Environment Secretary, Forest Secretary, Panchayats Secretary, Town and Country Secretary, and GCZMA member secretary.
Sources informed that RGP will be meeting the Governor personally on the issue as and when they get appointment with him.
The sources also informed that they will meet the CM as well as the Chief Secretary if no action is forthcoming from the various authorities in the matter.
