PANAJI: Back-to-back bomb threats have shaken Goa, with the recent in the list being High Court of Bombay at Goa.
The High Court received an anonymous email today morning claiming an explosive device had been placed on the premises.
The security has been tightened at the court premises.
The email proved to be a hoax, with the Bomb Disposal Squad, ATS, Sniffer Dog Team, and Porvorim police completing a thorough search of the premises, with no suspicious items being found.
On Monday, the Canacona RTO Office, situated at the KTC bus stand, was also the subject of a false bomb threat. A similar email threat was received by the DGP office last month, which was later determined to be a hoax.
