AICC election observer for Goa and former union minister P Chidambaram was confident that the Congress would will win Goa in 2022 and then start to win India in 2024.
Chidambaram was addressing a huge gathering of people who were present at a door-to-door campaigning activity at Sada organised by Mormugao Congress Block under the leadership of GPCC Vice President Sankalp Amonkar.

He said, “Remember, whoever wins Goa goes on to win India. We won Goa in 2007, we won India in 2009. We lost Goa in 2012, we lost India in 2014. We will win Goa in 2022 and start from here to win India in 2024,” said Chidambaram.
