PORVORIM
A youth hailing from Khanapur-Belagavi ended his life at his residence in Socorro.
The body of Shivanath Ankush Gaonkar (22) was found by his father when he returned from his native place on Saturday at around 10 am.
Porvorim police were alerted and PSI L Sequeira conducted the panchanama at the site and later sent the body for an autopsy to the GMC hospital at Bambolim. Police registered a case under Section 194 of BNS and later handed over the body to the father for final rites.
