Govt clueless in creating job opportunities for women

Many times, I come across vacancies advertised in newspapers for walk-in interviews for various posts. Especially for teachers posted in the same school that have a contract till the end of academic year because the school is awaiting NOC from the Education Department for the regular post while the department with its high headedness continues to delay giving NOC for regular posts. Why is the Education Minister not approving filling up the regular posts? Why should headmasters advertise the same regular post in the newspaper every year when the choice has already been assured. The procedure is followed and there's nothing but waste of money and waste of time of the aspirants to go for such interviews. The government saves money by not giving regular employment and waste the life and future of young women by giving them false hopes of work. I appeal to the Human Rights Commission, women organisations and to elected women MLAs to speak out and take appropriate decisions for the betterment of women of Goa.  Parents give the best education to the girl child while the government is clueless in creating job opportunities for them.
