I think the BJP High Command’s best bet for survival is that the INDIA bloc parties fight among themselves and pose no threat to their minority government. Even the Goa BJP's best bet to survive going forward is based on the INDIA bloc unity. It is understandable that differences and their own party ambitions exist, but one thing is clear if INDIA bloc fails to be united and allows the BJP to continue in power then most of their objectives will not be realized anyway. Yes INDIA bloc was set to fight Lok Sabha elections to challenge the BJP, they succeeded to some point but the BJP though in minority is still running the government; hence the overall mission is not accomplished. I hope better sense and maturity prevails should like minded people focus on the primary objective of mitigating BJP’s political power.
