Muscle power cannot decide Goa’s future


For years, certain musclemen have been used to create fear, silence voices, and disrupt those who stand for truth. They are lured with easy money, free drinks, and false promises of power. But once they become a burden, they are discarded and left to face the consequences alone. Many such men, once feared, now live forgotten and unwanted.

Goa cannot afford to let such forces decide its future. It is time for Goans to rise above fear, unite, and protect our land, environment, and generations to come. We must stand together against those who misuse muscle power and greed to destroy our peace and heritage.

Nepal has shown how ordinary people can demand change and accountability. Goa too must draw inspiration and act with courage. Justice must prevail for Rama Kankonkar, who stood fearlessly to bring truth into the light, and for every Goan who loves this land.

Need stronger fines to revive RTI Act

The arbitrary conduct of some online Public Information Officers (PIOs) is undermining the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
