There is a sinister template / toolkit in place perfected by the BJP to stoke up controversy and launch a virtual assault on SC judges and other legal luminaries who have delivered verdicts not to the former's liking. A high profile bigoted MP / MLA / Sanghi sympathiser will rant and rave publicly against the CJI, SC or any judicial institution, megaphone offensive rhetoric and make toxic allegations to malign their reputation; this also serves as a potent dogwhistle to their brainwashed followers.These utterances will make instant headlines and the Hindutva brigade gets primed to go on the rampage, trolls of the saffron gang hijack social media platforms to amplify the hate. The whole rabid right wing goes hysterical and chase their targets like zombies fired with bloodlust. The BJP will then quietly distance itself from that outrageous statement citing it as a personal opinion, not the party's viewpoint. The BJP top brass will maintain stoic silence (read covert support) , they will even mock admonish their minions and pretend to censure their statements but no disciplinary action shall be taken. Mission accomplished. This is exactly how fascists unspool their treacherous propaganda, right out of the Nazi playbook.
