Netanyahu has been uncovering dead bodies of hostages and will keep discovering more for not focusing on their rescue but carrying on with a mindless war for the last 6 months or more. Where in the Hamas attack of October 2023 Netanyahu and Israel should have given priority to saving the hostages, they preferred to wage an all-out war against Hamas in Gaza. Does not Netanyahu understand that no hostage taker will feed his captives for 6 months and more apart from neglecting to give them medical care for those needing it? This more so when Israel has killed more than 35,000 Palestinians in Gaza. Domestic opinion within Israel is against continuing with the strife in Gaza as also international pressure including that of the US to stop fighting. With increased fatalities in Rafah, the Arab world is getting restive. Iran continues to remain upset and once out of the period of mourning for their dead president, they may consider strikes at Israel. The Saudis have also sounded a warning to Israel to stop the killings of Palestinians in Gaza. Thus these developments have the potential to stoke the fires for the start of another World War.
