Aldona public toilet complex lies in sorry condition

The other day I has been to Aldona market, a routine need arose for me to pass urine as I was in public view I has decided to ask someone if there is a public toilet suddenly my eyes depicted a board which was fixed at the Aldona Institute compound wall gate which reads as Village Panchayat of Aldona notice/ appeal. Kindly make use of public toilet near the post office to keep your village to be a open defection free village.

I hurriedly drove to the post office and noticed in big letters Sulab Shauchayla complex but shocked and surprised to see the public toilet in unhygienic environment, bushes and creepers are grown around the complex and hardly way to enter the grilled gates. On either side of the front wall there are two marble plaques which clearly visible for history reading as the Sulab Shauchayala complex was inaugurated at the hands of Dayanand G. Narvekar MLA of Aldona Constituency in the presence of Marayana D’souza, Sarpanch of VP Aldona on April 16, 2011. The other one reads as the renovation/ repairs of public Sulab Shauchayala by VP Aldona at the hands of Glenn Souza Ticlo MLA of Aldona and GTDC Chairman in the presence of Deepak Deu Naik, Sarpanch of VP Aldona and  PrIyanka Pinto, Dy Sarpanch and others ward members on 24/04/2018.

This development likely seems a waste of tax payers money when it would have been beneficial to public. A kind request to the VP of Aldona to remove the previous notices/ appeal board and go on war footing to provide hygienic environment and decent facelift to the complex which lies in sorry state and should fix a fresh board for public to help keep the village a open defacation free village.
