I bought bananas outside the Panaji market on Wednesday which were looking very good from outside but were found infected in the middle and their colour was black. I have seen bananas on WhatsApp where tiny snakes were moving around in the middle of bananas. All these bananas were having black colour internally but outside the appearance was fantastic. I am sure these bananas are not a produce from Goa and they have certainly come from outside the State and are being sold in the Panaji market. The Government must depute CCP, Civil Supplies dept inspectors to check these bananas and ban the sale of this fruit immediately as consumption of this fruit could lead to severe health problems.
