In recent times, especially we Goans are selfishly misled in all events of life by some for their own motives. Yes, there is no doubt that Goans are God-fearing and innocent and they often face shocking challenges in their lives being helpless. In modern times, with trust and faith in our fellow Goans, we live with serious doubts. One has to be sharp in micromanaging situations as you have to deal with people where your innocent nature doesn't work, with more and more "human sharks" taking birth in what was once known to be a trustworthy, harmless society. Firstly, we lack experience in assessing manipulation and deception. We overlook potential red flags as we have faith, trust, and naivety due to a lack of awareness, and lastly, emotional vulnerability. A balanced approach can help us navigate complex situations effectively, as we have to understand our own emotional needs, boundaries, and limitations. Develop the ability to read people and situations, distinguishing between genuine and manipulative intentions. Always evaluate information objectively before making decisions, and be prepared to adjust your approach when dealing with different people and situations.
