Bhumiputra: New form of ethnic cleansing?

Instead of Goan ministers taking steps to preserve the local demographic balance as a majority and preserving Goan Identity, they in desperation to win at any cost, are manipulating democracy via allowing, so to say imported voters with offers of freebies like legalisation of illegal dwellings! This is nothing but a new form of ethnic cleansing of Goans! Let me be clear this is not to create a Goan vs non Goan conflict, as both sides are human and deserve to be treated with respect.  But the resident community of any state reserves the right to preserve their ethnic and cultural identity.  

Some ministers are so arrogant saying Goans going outside are called citizens of foreign countries and same should be applied to Goa. But foreign countries take in immigrants in a controlled manner, which includes proper integration policies, for example, mandatory learning of local languages i.e. English, German, etc. Goans must realise that of course, the deceptive Bhumiputra bill must be scrapped but also the illegal settlements encouraged by corrupt Goan politicians must be addressed immediately else a time will come that the Bill if scrapped now will surface in the future stronger.

The politically motivated decision to keep in abeyance the transfers of those 23 Civil Service officers is absolutely highhanded and unwarranted.
