I was delighted to download the PWD Goa app which helps the consumer to identify and lodge complaints with the department on road and water deficiency. The good news is the app is working fine and gives the exact location of the site for the engineers to quickly address the issue as one can see on checking the information about the work that the work has been assigned. But in a few days the status changes to close, even though no work is undertaken by the concerned departmental engineers. Will the department clarify as to how will the complainant be informed that the job has been completed in totality?
