Disgusting sewage back on Colva beach

Anyone going to Colva beach this week surely will notice the disgusting stretch of sewage, all on the beach sands, right in the most prominent front area including where the shacks are set up. I am not sure who the culprits are, but it could be that after a busy holiday week, some establishments released their overflowing raw sewage into the creek and then the same flowed into the main beach area.  There are two critical things I would like to point out here. Firstly the Goa government particularly the Tourism minister is so busy pushing for new real estate development costing or wasting crores of tax payers money but does not have the focus, priority to ensure basics are first in place.  Secondly, some weeks back a High Court Judge just disposed off the Colva pollution case which I was not happy about and  the sewage is now back on the beach; just shows how sometimes some judges let the people down.
