BJP Goa unit spokesperson Giriraj Pai Vernekar while addressing a press conference on Monday at the party headquarters in Panaji was heard selectively targeting ex-Governor Satyapal Malik and the opposition for accusing Pramod Sawant government of corruption and to reject the allegations of involvement of CM Pramod Sawant & his family in the recent jobs-for-cash scam. Well, if the BJP leaders think that CM Sawant and his family have really got nothing to do in the recent jobs scam and are innocent then why are they frequently holding press conferences to defend themselves?
Why does Vernekar want the Congress leaders to issue a statement over the alleged sextortion case when they know that their MLA (of whom some BJP supporters/members have mischievously produced a fake doctored video and have deliberately circulated it on social media to malign his image) is a highly respectable gentleman and will never ever indulge in cheap acts in Goa?
Well, I would advise Vernekar to stop giving his own 'gyan' over pigs because real pigs are those who love producing fake doctored videos of opposition leaders in the state to distract Goans.
