Facilities needed for people in malls and multiplexes

People feel good to visit malls since several items are available under one roof, stroll to pass time, meet friends or to escape from the heat and dust. Children, elderly persons, pregnant ladies, and physically challenged people get tired walking and seek rest after walking along the long corridors in the malls and visiting the shops. But the seating arrangements leave much to be desired and may not even exist and rarely a few sofas would be placed randomly. These are insufficient for the hundreds of people who throng the malls. In the absence of privacy, nursing mothers find it difficult to feed their children. Similar is the case in multiplexes where despite paying exorbitant prices for tickets and snacks these facilities are less or even absent. Considering the money that is raked in daily, mall and multiplex owners could make proper arrangements for seating and also provide feeding rooms for children. Since customers are supposed to be kings and queens, treat them as such.
