Govt responsible for heating up of Goa

The Goa Govt has issued an advisory of a probable heat wave this week and advising  precautions/treatment for the same. Whilst the above might just be passed of as something as a "concerned govt"  intending to warn residents of Goa,  I think it's high time we acknowledge that a highly destructive Goa Govt backed by ministers with selfish political power/wealth ambitions are responsible for Goa heating up rapidly particularly in the past few years!  Needless to mention the heatwaves are now happening more frequently and will severely affect water resources. All this destruction of Goa's environment, trees, forests, hills (reservoirs of water), water bodies can be correlated to the increase in the wealth and political power of Goa's ruling MLAs and party. Specific real estate developers, coal lobby and Railways are given a free pass by the Goa ministers to destroy the environment  in clear violation of environmental law, safeguards. We are seeing hired bouncers and police protecting these environmental destroyers. The government is now planning to destroy even forests in the Western Ghats so as to allow rail development for coal transportation.
