Panaji’s Smart City project has been responsible for cutting trees aged hundreds of years old. Apologies but if Smart City has been planned in such a way by ignorant, valueless and 'eco-terrorist' politicians destroying so much of environmental heritage then in my view it’s a Dumb City project. And by the way whoever were the custodians of those trees, ie Forest Dept, Environment Minister, etc, it would be better not to have these custodians.
