The last bus for Pomburpa from Mapusa leaves at 7.30 pm from the KTC bus stand. However, this bus has no fixed time of departure from Mapusa. The moment it is packed with passengers, the bus leaves even before 7.30 pm. Also, when it fails to get enough passengers, it leaves beyond its departure time of 7.30 pm. Those who come to take this bus are left disappointed when it leaves before its scheduled departure. It is also frustrating for some when the bus fails to leave at 7.30 pm for want of passengers. So when it comes to time, this bus has a very irregular time of departure. Nobody bothers about the suffering of the people who are stranded on the bus stand when the bus leaves before 7.30 pm. The solution to this should be studied by the authorities concerned and also the local MLA.
