The recent arrest of culprits by Goa Police for being perpetrators in crime regarding jobs-for-cash in Goa is not at all surprising. The criminal act/trend of selling jobs started by Congress is continuing under BJP rule and will continue forever on whichever party rule Goa as our politicians, bureaucrats are deeply rooted in corruption and greed. Goa former Governor Satya Pal Malik serious allegations of corruption in Goa BJP Government as well as the statement that a top official's wife is taking money was referring to “cash for jobs” in Goa. Recently I came across serious allegation against BJP MLA from South Goa who is demanding a very exorbitant rate to sell post of BDO in the State of Goa. The arrest of accused persons in “cash for jobs” is just an icing on gigantic cake of corruption. If CM is serious to eradicate this trend of jobs-for-sale which is unlikely due to rot of politicians Goans electing/getting should immediately hand over the “jobs-for-cash scam” to CBI. As such only CBI with free hand can root out disease of corruption in Goa to some extent with many in BJP/opposition landing in jails.
