This is with reference to the report titled, "Police keep the faith during Exposition……" The Goan Everyday, dated January 7, 2025. Ensuring the smooth functioning of an event such as the Exposition of the sacred relics of St. Francis Xavier is indeed a mammoth task. I was one of those who attended the Exposition last weekend and I must say the police and the organizers must be complimented for the massive efforts they have put in during the Exposition. The coordination among those on the field was great. The volunteers were very helpful, ensuring that those with special needs were attended to and given preference for the veneration. Hats off to all those involved and the devotees as well.
