The toilets attached to the Chinchinim village library and Govt Primary School need immediate repairs. The toilet doors need locking arrangements and open access which is the cause of abuse by anti-social elements must be barred. The water facility should be restored immediately. The library opened after being closed for some time and the interior that is filled with dirt and surroundings with overgrown weeds welcome its users. It has truly become an eyesore. The village panchayat and the concerned MLA need to pay immediate attention to this much needed facility for the villagers.
