MLA to blame for shoddy work on Saligao road

Kedar Naik, Saligao MLA had assured the locals from the same village that he would get the fully damaged road (starting from cross-road circle/Government Primary school and heading right up towards Peggy's corner & going to the Seminary/Pilerne Industrial estate and which was dug up a number of times to lay down some underground electricity cables & huge water pipes at the wrong time) temporarily restored at the very earliest not through hotmix (due to the onset of monsoon) but by putting a layer of concrete and cement. Unfortunately, the said road has still not been restored and even the so-called 'concretisation work' that has been carried out by a bunch of morons has been done in a most unprofessional, shabby manner.  And due to which the said road has still not been fully re-opened for the general public transport so far as its condition has become worse. Well, it looks like Naik has taken the people of Saligao/surrounding areas for granted. I think that the local MLA should stop testing the patience of all the Saligaokars/people working in Pilerne Industrial estate and instead should get the above road stretch fully restored.
