Amid the naming of Mopa airport, it is reported in the local newspaper that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has formally painted in the front row the names of the first Chief Minister (late) DB Bandodkar and the (late) Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and he said that final touches will be given by the Centre.
The government at the Centre has been formed with a mandate of the people for 5 years, so also the government in Goa. Sawant's government are the representatives of the people, for the people and by the people.
Mopa airport is finally in Goa, and naming it should be on priority by the Goan people with their blessings and wishes.
