Music timings may have to be extended

It is reported in the local dallies that “Loud music parties continue to haunt coastal belt, violating High Court order”. When loud music was made to end at 12 pm “ the loud music enjoyment and the music parties organisers were in satisfaction as both were to get 4 hours of music and there was no continuance of loud music disturbance in costal belt and violation of High Court order. Due to public protests over loud music it was halted at 10 pm when party organisers used to get only 2 hours of music and were unsatisfied and when loud music was played after 10 pm only people use to feel the disturbance. The issue of loud music and sleep disturbances haven’t been discussed and solved, only sleep disturbance has been given priority. In tourism industry the government admits it earns foreign exchange and also thousands earn their living and enforcing restrictions on music timings especially in Goa is mockery of principles to law. The conflict between loud music and disturbance to sleep will likely have no end and the High Court may have to revive timings for music from  8 to 12 midnight.
