No action from BJP govt on MLA's Calangute illegalities?

The Bombay High Court at Goa has pulled up Calangute MLA Michael Lobo, issuing him a notice over allegations that he failed to act on a demolition order pertaining to illegal constructions at the Nazri Beach Resort, developed by M/s Elite Builders, in which he is a partner. The troubling question here is how the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and BJP party leaders who boast of better governance, allow such gross violations? Why has the Chief Minister not acted on the elements in his administration who are making a mockery of the law, rules and even of the court orders? No wonder illegalities and crime are increasing in Goa with such examples from BJP top leadership. The only way things can be better is if the rot from the top is first addressed.

I would like to express my opinion about the recent article that carries news of an illegal construction case where the Bombay High Court is still issuing notices to the Calangute MLA, despite a demolition notice having been served earlier, which remains stuck on paper.
