The Election Commission of India has appointed 10 senior Gujarat cadre IAS officers as election observers for the Bihar elections. Modi and Shah know very well that they cannot afford to lose any election. While remaining in power by hook or by crook is their ongoing uncompromising objective, the duo's final objective is to get absolute majority in both the houses of Parliament so that they can implement (un)constitutional amendments. One, to drop the word secular from the Constitution and turn India into a theocratic Hindu state. And secondly , to promulgate laws that shield them for all their crimes starting from the Gujarat 2002 genocide, the same law that grants general immunity to the disgraced CEC. The statute is the reason that all the allegations of 'vote chori' have had absolutely no impact on the conduct of the Chief Election Commissioner, he continues as before. The criminals continue to go about their business of stealing, buying and manipulating mandates undaunted and without fear. The people of Bihar have to show to the rest of the country what resistance means.
