Tamil Nadu is famous for its Kanchipuram sarees. Gagras, cholis, salwar kameez, kurtas, etc. are the other traditional attires which are unique in other States.

Traditionally, the Kunbi is a cotton chequered sari in red and white with a sturdy weave. Fashion designers need to come forward and fashion the traditional design of the Kunbi saree cloth in various attractive forms both for women and men.
