Stop vehicles entering Panaji market road

I have written to the Commissioner, CCP-Goa to stop public vehicles entering the fish market road in Panaji. I see many people coming to buy fish with 2 and 4 wheelers on this busy road. Can you stop these vehicles entering this road and make it for pedestrians only? The RTO should also be informed of this request of public. Probably certain vehicles/ trucks may be allowed only in early morning before 5 or 6 am and late evening after 10 pm for unloading stock for sale. The public has requested the Commissioner, CCP to issue necessary orders or instructions to concerned authorities immediately for easy shopping.
