Was Khattar treated like a VIP by the cops in Goa ?

Gautam Khattar, the prime accused in the St Francis Xavier derogatory remarks case, was finally brought back to Goa by the crime branch on Sunday following his arrest in Himachal Pradesh and later producd before the JMFC Vasco court, which remanded him to six days of police custody. Most people were expecting crime branch cops to bring Khattar back here from Himachal Pradesh with handcuffs like a criminal on Sunday due to multiple complaints being filed against him at different police stations.  Unfortunately, Goans were shocked to see Khattar getting out from the Mopa airport on Sunday without handcuffs. Well, this whole thing clearly shows that the BJP government must have instructed the cops to treat Khattar like a VIP guest during his short stay/trial in the state. After seeing the treatment being given to Khattar, it looks like this BJP government is just waiting to start communal riots in the state by backing the so-called 'religious-centric' meetings/activities of some non-Goan troublemakers from Ponda connected with right-wing organisations & the speeches of such self-styled spiritual hate-mongers from neighbouring states against St Francis Xavier, Catholics in Goa.
