Will Goa CM punish ministers, MLAs linked to Arpora fire?

With the Arpora fire in which about 25 people lost their lives, the Goa Chief Minister is in damage control mode by suspending some officials and ordering a Magisterial enquiry into the same!  But clearly what is becoming increasingly obvious  is that  ministers holding portfolios of Panchayat, TCP, Tourism were the final say in allowing this illegality to come up and also to continue despite various complaints/demolition orders.  So if the Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is really serious about justice on this case then he must immediately drop, suspend the respective ministers to avoid meddling with the case and take action on the local MLAs by stripping them of all key positions on Goa government bodies. It's pointless taking action against others and sparing the main people in charge.  This will also send a strong message to all legislators on matters of accountability. The question is whether Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is really in charge and has the spine to take  tough decisions.
