It was an award ceremony that saw many of the who’s who of Goa come together at Goa Chitra museum in Benaulim. The Instituto Felga-Gracias Arte e Cultura honoured many people in the world of art and culture from Goa and also conferred a special award on Goa Chitra Museum too. Consul General of Portugal in Goa, Dr Rui Carvalho Baceira along with vice-president of Felga “ Gracias Arte e Cultura, Luis Gracias conferred the awards on the dignitaries, like writer Dr Savia Viegas, environmentalist Rajendra Kerkar, artist Loretti Pinto, historian Prajal Sakhardande, educationist Sujata Noronha and photographer Pantaleao Fernandes, along with folklore expert Kanta Gaude.
