Savour crispy shallow fried Kachhe Keema ke Kebab smeared in traditional masalas. Or lose your senses in the Dum ki Machhi which is slowly cooked in its own juices with fresh herbs and spices. Indulge in the mouth watering Pateela Gosht or the tender and juicy Pasanda as you bite into succulent slices of mutton. Relish the tasty Bhuna Zimikand where grounded spices are fried in oil till they break into a fragrant paste and then intermingled with yam. Another mouth watering dish is the Dhungare Paneer, which has paneer kept on an onion peel and then placed on a piece of burning coal for a warm, smoky effect. The highlight of the festival has got to be the Chef's Gulabi Kheer, but the Shahi Tukra is pure deliciousness you cannot resist.
