On the schedule for today is the latest collection by Goa's very own 'mapxencaRS by Riddhi & Siddhi'.The twin sisters will display their collection titled English Country Gardens which is designed to conjure up contemplative thoughts of romance and lazy summer days. The collection is said to be free spirited, light and easy with the use of light summer fabrics like chiffon, georgettes,satin linen and pure silks.The colour story will have a diverse range of hues from onion pinks, peaches,off-whites, pale blue and brown while the silhouettes are long, fluid and layered for women and sharp yet easygoing for men.
'MapxencaRS by Riddhi & Siddhi ' is a high end designer label which came into inception in Spetember 2009 and makes custom made women and menswear. The style of label is western which aims at making structured and conceptualized garments with touch of futuristic elements in it. The embroidery incorporated in garments aims at giving an illusion of print and textures rather just an embellishment. The garments are made from only pure silks and natural cottons and linen. The label aims at meticulously crafted garments that are stylized and tailored to meet the contemporary fashion lovers. The sisters have designed and styled for noted celebrities including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, Parineeti Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Akshay Kumar etc. Their outfits have also been sported at the Cannes Film Festival and the International Emmy Awards in 2013.
