The eighth edition of the Monsoon Trekking Expedition by Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will be conducted at Shivling, Sattari on July 31.
The Sunday trek with a trekking distance of only 4 kms one way, will take you through an awesome waterfall situated in the Pali village of Sattari Taluka. The most unique aspect of this waterfall is its name derived from the pattern that depicts a Shivling. The trekking expedition is open to all especially those with a spirit for adventure and nature lovers and participants need to bring along suitable rainwear, comfortable footwear, set of dry clothes, a towel, and an eco-friendly bag to carry back any waste. No consumption of alcohol or smoking will be permitted.
Transport arrangements have been made from Paryatan Bhavan, Patto at 9am. While buses will depart from Margao and Mapusa Residency at 8 am. Lunch will be prepared and served by the villagers
